Great purchase

Due to my living location I find it more difficult to buy stuff online because many companies don t even deliver to my country MaxGaming however does deliver I was sceptical at first to order from them because of all the bad reviews Decided to still go through with it and see for myself The waiting time wasn t long considering my location and what is going on in the world I got the package no problem Everything was intact and functional 10 10 would order from them again

First order - can t complain

I ordered Superglide Glass Skates for Logitech Superlight X Pro and they came in 2 days I wrote to their support e-mail to ask if they could give me a bit of information on its arrival - relatively of course They responded in an hour or 2 The skates are great My personal experience is great for now I have only ordered once from them

Always received my items in good condition

I have ordered at least a dozen of PC peripherals from Maxgaming in the last 6 months ranging from mousepads mice and mousefeet Check-out allows you to choose between a few different shipping options depending on where you live I have both used the cheaper and slower and the more expensive and faster shipping methods for all my orders The slower shipping method usually can have a small delay but in totally delivery took no longer than 2 weeks The faster delivery options made sure my delivery was at my doorstep within 3 days No issues with packaging or any other form of product damage Everything arrived in good condition Only had 1 run-in with support and they resolved my issue quickly without a hassle Maxgaming has been a very reliable source for me in terms of obtaining PC gear from American markets

Great mechanical keyboard parts

So happy that they now carry mechanical keyboard parts such as switches lubes and keycaps Would love to see more community popular sets like GMK set JTK Sets and EPBT PBT sets But having glorious switches and lube 1 day after ordering is amazing compared to a few years ago when you had to wait for months to get a good switch sometimes Love it love it love it

Best gaming store and customer service on EU

Their online store has a lot of niche products that you can t find unless you re from China or US Also I ve had quality control problems with some products and their custom service was top notch They send you a new unit or refund you with in store credits right away They even answered my e-mails at non-working days At least this was my experience with Mr Nick Magnusson

I bought some switches that I couldn t find anywhere eles I live in Europe and the price was really accessible nothing like ordering from USA The order was quick perfectly packaged and had no issues Im thinking on buying a new mouse pad because they have item you wouldn t get in Europe at that price really would recommend this site based on my only purchase

I purchased a Lamza Atlantis OG V2 4K but this mouse had a manufacturing defect I contacted support they wrote me back right away and solved my problem They sent me a new piece that works perfectly I recommend everyone to shop at MaxGaming great company and great support I don t understand why they have some negative reviews here as I haven t experienced such a great attitude They are definitely not scammers or anything like that on the contrary other eshops should take an example I will definitely shop here again
