What a pity that this company is handicapped by David Brooke s ignorance arrogance and terrible customer service He seems to think he is the only shop and he is doing you a favour taking your money

I ordered a 12 volt linear power supply for my DAC My experience with the order was excellent I had a question about the delivery time and that was answered very promptly by David and the item was delivered earlier than expected and before Christmas which was nice Well packaged too In terms of the product it is well made and it looks and feels like a quality item It has improved the sound of my system I have no doubt about that So I ve nothing but good things to say about my MCRU experience

Good communication and understanding emails responded to quickly and questions answered A great service and great products Thank you

Enquired about mains cables and upgraded fuses David was very helpful with honest advice and totally non pushy in fact the opposite as I was advised to just try a fuse first then one cable but my impatience made me buy the fuse and 4 mains cables which I m really looking forward to receiving 10 10

I ve just bought my second MCRU power supply the first was for my DAC this second one is a linear power supply for my Rega TT PSU It s really well built and feels like a high quality product Delivery was quicker than expected I immediately hear a difference playing vinyl records more balanced more detail more rounded sound and the position of instruments in the soundstage is clearer I don t understand why it works but it does I m really happy with both purchases 240 for a little black box with a blue light is money well spent for me

Having just purchased a Tellurium Q Silver II cable here it arrived 0 5m long than the order and i had already established in principle a trade-in of my old Tellurium Q Black II cable So I posted it off but as David pointed out we had not agreed a price Fair enough but with a quick email exchange I then had a very good trade-in price which had the effect of dropping the Silver II price way down Very good shopping experience

I have ordered multiple items from MCRU two LPSU from their LDA range They were assembled quickly and delivered promptly In addition I ordered some fuses which were Delayed from the Supplier David and his team kept me updated and once back in stock upgraded the delivery service I highly recommend this company and I thank David Mike and the rest of the team in looking after me

I ve used them twice only for vinyl orders not equipment but they ve been lightening fast at despatching excellent packaging and tend to have stocks of audiophile releases that others don t I give 5 stars haven t dealt with infamous customer services so can t give an opinion about that

After weeks of researching linear power supplies I ordered a Pinnacle power supply for my Chord DAC on the 29th August Order was acknowledged the same day and on the 7th September I received an email confirming dispatch LPS received the next day Excellent power supply
