MEGA tech helps find internet provider problem

I ve been using MEGA for years on Android and Linux laptops It is the only cloud storage I use to keep my phone and laptop in sync At one point I had a problem connecting to MEGA servers Their techs assisted me via email and helped me find the problem which turned out to be my internet provider s default configuration MEGA servers were never at fault

Cheap with a flawless experience

I ve been a paying user of Mega for years Great service Really good free tier and very affordable options if you need a bit more storage The encryption is great They have great programs for any operating system I am able to use MEGA as if it were any other directory on my system it keeps itself updated automatically and I never even have to think about it Never once had any issue with it I use Linux so this is actually pretty rare for any company to support my OS so well

Mega is great

I had an issue where I had been charged twice for a purchase fearing the worst I thought I had lost my money for good however I contacted mega via email to explain the issue I had and they responded in a timely manner as well as resolving the issue far sooner than I expected The customer service was beyond great

Account recovery

Recently I lost all my passwords from Google Password Management it took me a while to contact support because I thought it was impossible to recover my account due to end-to-end encryption but with MEGA support I managed to recover my account and all my important documents Translator

PERFECT

PERFECT Mega is a LOT better than my last cloud storage provider for many reasons BUT the main reason why I like Mega so much is because I can choose certain folders from my PC and make these sync to the cloud So I edit a file save it and voila Mega automatically uploads it to the cloud Brilliant Unfortunately my last provider couldn t supply this which was a major let down The support here is also FANTASTIC - Highly recommended -

Just the best cloud service

Just the best cloud service there is in my opinion Using it for a long time already and I m a subscriber for several years Service is surprisingly good and helps quickly and efficiently when there is an issue I heard of some negative experiences of some other users but I can not confirm it

Impressive support

Had an issue with a file that wouldn t play properly on their player support went the extra mile to narrow down where the issue came from and gave me a thorough explanation to fix it All those tips will actually come in handy for years to come Didn t think support with actual humans still existed but it does at MEGA

They restored my lost files

I deleted some content from my rubbish bin thinking i had it backed up else where Then a few weeks later i needed it so i contacted Mega to restore it for me and after upgrading my account to Pro they restored it within an hour Very satisfied with their service
