Drove down from London for a handover carried out by Stephen Stephen came in on his day off to complete this and was very helpful in making the process straightforward and simple which left me having no questions due to the clarity Stephen provided me with He showed me the whole car and its features and how to use it and was very welcoming I have to add Mo was the one replying to my emails answering any questions I had before the handover as well as setting up an online call to show me the car as due to living far away I wasn t able to come in in person to see the car

I like this dealership there are no sales staff sitting around at desks in the showroom area They seem to appear when needed from another floor Everyone is friendly and in particular Alex Dawes was helpful in getting my purchase over the line He actually does what he promises like calling you back etc this is most unusual nowadays but very pleasant when it happens
