It took a while to validate my software

It took a while to validate my software purchase Between downloading and updating Word it took close to an hour for me to complete the entire process A lot of numbers to validate and get correct It would be nice if this was automated or simplified

It was not clear that all Office

It was not clear that all Office products would be designated 365 and only after you do the download would the key open the specific item you purchased All during the download process the files were referred to as 365 and that is not what I purchased so it was a bit frustrating

Sketchy at first

Sketchy at first download was isobuster had to Macgyver my way through to get the install to start Even though I deleted Office 2007 it still failed Used a Microsoft office uninstall program found on Microsoft site then all was well I also bought another copy for a new computer and it loaded flawlessly that computer never had Office of any kind

Won t install

Pricing download and delivery well all great But the product will not install with the Media Creation tool I keep getting an unknown error message when trying to get the program to work I have all the updates to Windows 7 that I needed that should not be the issue This is for a Windows 7 Home version but my other computer with Windows 7 Professional is doing the same thing -

I purchased the application twice

What I appreciated was that the application was very easy to find and apply but I didn t like how the message wasn t going that it had been downloaded The icon was hidden and I had to google and toggle back and forth to locate it and ended up buying twice because I thought it didn t work

Purchased Microsoft Home and Business

Purchased Microsoft Home and Business 21 Attempted for 4 days to install and operate the app Had to delete everything Microsoft related from my computer and reload the purchased app The app kept asking for QRC code App kept requesting that I sign up for its 365 softwre Tried contacting Microsoft for 4 days by phone with no result Phone busy Customer service was poor

Differing prices all over the place

Differing prices all over the place I could not find the offering through my 360 subscription It took a long time to down load and I have a very fast connection When it went to install it opened up win ZIP and totally locked up on an error code I could not escape from Odd The only way I could get it to install was to have win zip open and from that open the setup file from the install zip For a company writing the OS this is pretty poor

Quick Purchase Slow Install

Purchased Office 2021 which went fine But install directions were confusing product key not recognized still unsure that complete Icon displaying 2010 not 2021 Tried calling but after hours so just chat robot

Had issues initially activating software with given passkey I received a new one from Microsoft Store and that worked That is why you get 4 stars instead of 5 Everything else worked fine
