The instruction that came with the purchase of Windows was incomplete and I had to keep writing to Microsoft support for help Instead of help I received short answers back through emails Each one took days to respond In several I asked for a support number so I could ask a live person a question but those responses were ignored In all it took me over a week to install Windows on my computer and I still only got some of the programs right My Outlook is the wrong program I had to stay with the online version because I couldn t figure out how to convert it to my actual email address I am not surprised but extremely disappointed that Microsoft provides such poor support for the products you sell
