The instruction that came with the purchase of Windows was incomplete and I had to keep writing to Microsoft support for help Instead of help I received short answers back through emails Each one took days to respond In several I asked for a support number so I could ask a live person a question but those responses were ignored In all it took me over a week to install Windows on my computer and I still only got some of the programs right My Outlook is the wrong program I had to stay with the online version because I couldn t figure out how to convert it to my actual email address I am not surprised but extremely disappointed that Microsoft provides such poor support for the products you sell

Scam don t buy

This company is selling fake activation keys that do not work It states they are located at 99 Wall Street NewYork which is a place you pay for a virtual address They also state they have a 30 day refund policy but do not honor it at all Reporting them to the Attorney General

do NOT like having to connect to mother ship

I really really really dislike having to log into the mother ship to use windows and office you all will get hacked eventually and I lose my privacy This sort of crap makes me seriously consider using linux and libreoffice

Bad product

After installation a window popped up and notified me that this software could damage my computer I did a search online and Microsoft s own web site stated the following Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus purchased online are not legitimate They are sold in contravention of the Microsoft licence They may work for a long or short time but Microsoft will disable it I will be contacting my credit card company to request a refund

Microsoft please retrain your chat helpers

My download experience for MS Office 2016 was a horror story ClickToOpen should be renamed ClickWillNeverOpen My chat person Jenalyn was the helper from hell She had me going through contortions for a long time I ended up with no software and out my money The next day in an emai from MS one sentence resolved my problem

I bought the Microsoft windows Student for PC and I was unable to download or install Although paid was locked out of site with email and could not access with order reference at sign in as a guest Interchange with chat bot led to extensive complex instruction including delete previous versions of software Telephone number rings with no answer This is a scam and good luck getting a refund

Key Code invalid poor Customer Support

Key code to install software was invalid per Customer Service Rep CSR on web-site s IM system I was advised that a refund would be issued It was acknowledged that I would remove the downloaded files Since then I have been contacted to try something different It s too late Office files have been removed from my PC 24 hours later and still no refund received Am I being scammed

Just bad experience

Office 365 always came up with errors and clicked on repair problem Never did repair I uninstalled 365 and purchased Office 2019 Paid for 2019 twice but could never get it downloaded Wound up going with competitor Bad experience No way to get my money back that I can see
