They provided an out of date product key that did not match the product When I tried to use the key Microsoft said the product was out of date This would only happen if the key did not match the product When I tried to get a refund they said the key was accurate and up to date and wanted a screen shot of the error They can keep my money it s not worth 25 to fight them on their inaccuracy

Downloaded Microsoft Office from microsoftkeys net and was unable to activate Contacted their Customer Support by IM on their site they advised that the activation code was expired or no good and that they will issue a refund No attempt to provide valid activation code Also will take 24 hours to advise refund status this from a company that took the in minutes Feels like a scam

Purchased Windows 10 but never got the email to download When I reached out for help I was told there was nothing that can be done to help me without this email to confirm purchase Credit card was charged but never got the actual product I purchased Customer service rep Chiel was not only unhelpful but became very rude Super disappointed

It is the most user unfriendly site I have ever visited It is very easy to buy software but to download and install it it is a nightmare There is a online chat to help with purchase but once you have purchased you can only get a Frequently asked question type help I have downloaded and installed not less that 100 different genuine software packages including those from Microsoft but to buy it from Microsoft Store is a nightmare

Product key did not work I essentially paid for nothing I tried everything I saw online to make it work but nothing did I couldn t activate Windows and now I m out the money I m very disappointed with my purchase

I purchased Microsoft Office from microsoftkeys net but the website is now inaccessible Upon contacting Microsoft I was informed that the keys I obtained were not legitimate for resale The seller has since deleted their website making it impossible to reach them Similar issues happened with kymakers and productkeys they say they sell keys that do not expire but they do customer service is a circular bot like experience Refund requests are consistently denied with reasons such as incorrect entry failure to sign in or advising customers to contact Microsoft for key verification all of which prove unhelpful Despite multiple attempts to provide screenshots demonstrating the key issues the sellers persist in requesting the same information repeatedly I recommend disputing the charge and sharing your experience on Trustpilot It is likely that these entities share a common ownership under different web URLs

I bought windows 10 to update my computer and it won t work And I can t get ahold of anyone

My account was stolen and you don t have a system to where if a hacker or malicious software changes the Microsoft email and phone number the real owner of the account who has bought everything on there can t get it back fix it
