Fantastic support staff

I reached out to customer support since the Product Key did not download where I could open it and proceed with installment They were very responsive and send me what to do Turns out my Norton Security Protection put it into Quarantine After I figured that out and solved it the installment was not a problem

Mylene made my experience great

I bought and downloaded a great buy on Office 21 from the site yesterday It wasn t working properly so the great chat support staff guided me to the control panel to make the corrections there was a glitch in the program It was repaired and works great now The staff did a super job and totally understood what I needed to do to correct the problem

Reasonably priced alternative to the 365 subscription

Mylene made my experience great I have next to zero knowledge about all this computer stuff that it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable talking about it Mylene made so comfortable and made the whole experience pain free I may not have been Mylene s best experience but I am grateful for Mylene s patience with me and all the help I received

Very stress free experience

Kind of a strange download and install but it works like it should I suggest deleteing everything of Office 365 before starting the process to go Office 2021 Only odd thing that happened is when following their instructions to update it Microsoft tried to reinstall Office 365 again When it was all said and done I don t think it managed to get its claws back onto my computer but I expect thir updates will try to do this again The key they supplied worked great Wouldn t hesitate to order software from them again

1 Excellent Price 2 Quick download of software 3 Installation was very easy 4 Entered registration number program fired right up and started installing updates It s really nice when something goes as it should Give yourself a pat on the back Very frustration free Thank You

Both of the keys worked really well and the download guide was easy to follow and execute 3 stars for their customer support I never received any support when I thought I hadn t received any instructions for installation On that note check your spam folder after your purchase The installation instructions were sent to my spam folder and I didn t see it until 2 days later Another suggestion if your account is linked to a OneDrive account already make sure to unlink it first OneDrive is saying there s an error when I try to connect
