Installation anomily

I have purchased and installed a few of these with no problem Yesterday I removed the Office 2019 cleaned up and then installed 2021 that I purchased When I check I still have Office 2019 I sent an email to your tech support yesterday I have not gotten any response I resent message just now and I need to get this corrected this weekend

It will not update windows 7 to 10 Had already run 10 with all the updates to current and now after trying to reinstall on a new SSD it says my PC can t run it What s the deal Same issues with a Windows 11 PC

I tried 2 months ago to install these two programs and had nothing but trouble Do to life I had to attend to other things I m going to try again and hope it goes easier this time

I do not spend my time anchored to my computer It is unfortunate that I had to update given that I was satisfied with the current service It takes longer to open my emails now The deleting option is faster Overall I just think this was a way for Microsoft to make more money Yuck

Easy to buy

Easy to buy hard to make the product work I tried to install from the computer I want to update I didn t work I tried to create a media to install there from another windows 10 computer it didn t work I tried to find some support or information to solve the issue and found only generic solutions that didn t work Easy to buy at store hard to use after buy

replacement key of an old one that should have worked but DID NOT

easy fix for office 16 that I purchased a few years ago and Microsoft gave me a hassle to register it on my new computer that replaced my old Lenovo ThinkPad Should have been an easy transfer but this was the easy way to resubmit a new key Shame on you Microsoft
