Kindest customer service I ve ever received Tracked shipping to outside the UK was a bit expensive for me to pay so I put in an order with standard shipping -- with the time this shipping takes the production time my order wasn t going to arrive in time for the occasion it was an anniversary gift Even though this was not their problem at all they helped me work out a solution to try that my order arrived in time Truly very kind Looking forward to receiving the order I m sure it ll be great Thanks again

I ordered my figures last week and

I ordered my figures last week and questioned via email the colour difference you can see on some parts but they assured me it wouldn t be the case when the parts arrived They weren t wrong as everything was perfect when they arrived today So good comms quick delivery and great packaging as the little boxes weren t expected and were a nice touch I will gladly use them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for custom figures
