I just received my order And i was super excited for it and I did not get what I ordered There are two problems that I had One you guys messed up the names on the back on the football kit It was supposed to be switched And two the girl hair covers the name and this hair said it would not cover any writing which is false advertisement it clearly covers the name I would like to get fully refunded my money back there is no point in you guys to resend me another one i wanted it before December 15th I already emailed you guys I am very disappointed

Ordered the Queen band Lego set for a Christmas present It doesn t come as an official set as their website indicates I got 4 tiny individual boxes slightly damp with the figures in if you opened the boxes in the order of Freddie being last you d wonder what on earth you were opening - AND it came with a plastic bag full of LEGO parts assuming this is the stage It s crap tbh - there aren t even any pictures for the receiver of the gift to refer to to make the stage up This is such appalling presentation I literally cannot believe this isn t presented in a box How is this acceptable I d expect more for 50 and feel majorly ripped off Ps re response The drum kit comes in 16 different parts and there is no picture or images to go off I m VERY surprised people love this product Saying this in response to my feedback is an attempt to gaslight and invalidate me 4 tiny damp boxes and a bag of LEGO is hardly the best presentation for a Christmas gift is it You need to make this clearer on your website - if I knew it would come like this I wouldn t have bought it

Product was lost in delivery and customer service couldn t find it Had to resend the package Was already a late gift before the delay and became far past late Not sure why nothing was done to reach out to the facility of where it was to get someone on the issue of it s disappearance Very frustrating One item of the package doesn t even fit the grip of the hand Very frustrated with how long it took how the problem became more confusing and how the contents had bad pieces

Do not order from this company I ordered my item as a gift for someone over a month in advance thinking that would be more than enough time for it to arrive It s been over 2 and a half months and it s still in transit stuck somewhere I contacted customer service multiple times with no helpful information or offer for a refund

I have not received any more products and the future of me ordering from minifigs me is not looking good especially since my runo Minifigure head had looked like someone scratched the print of her left eye out I asked for a refund from PayPal since they will not refund a already shipped item I m very disappointed with their company right now

The package never arrived After one month discussing the situation via email and saying that everything will be solved in time for Christmas minifigs went silence for 11 days and when I asked for news they simply returned my money without the amount costs for shipping I don t asked for a devolution of the money I asked what the two solutions that was given to me would me made devolution OR new sending

I never received me product I had the go after customer service for updates They asked for more information which I gave them and they had Like how could the courier not reach me by email if they were contacting me at the same email Then without apology or explanation refunded my order and canceled it leaving me in trouble for xmas horrible company now they contacted me asking me not to tell my story I think people should know

I contacted about a missing order and was told they would contact ups for me or usps idk and i never heard back and now all i get is a i hope it got to you unprofessional and not helpful

I was expecting the lego keychain to be a bit bigger
