I bought a minifig for my sons birthday at the end of March The minifig itself was good Really cool and son loves it However i ordered the handcuffs and switch accessories to go with it and instead i received an extra head and set of hands Ordered through guest checkout i believe and couldn t find any information on the website to fix the issue

I ordered a Christmas bauble with two custom minifigures in it I was truly expecting it to be assembled but instead it wass all just very cheap parts and I still have to figure out how to make the figures stand upright in the bauble The packaging was also very wasteful Huge box filled with a huge wad of paper for such a small amount of items Overall a very cheap experience for how expensive the purchase was

While I love the fact that there exists a Jane Austen minifigure I am disappointed in the paint job From the front both the torso and skirt are not centered and on the right side of her torso and skirt there is black overspray that does not rub off

The product itself was really cute The packaging lacked protection and everything got wet in transport The papers inside got stuck to the minifigs and permanently discolored them I sent an email and never heard back from the company Overall my experience wasn t great but the product is still cute

I ordered a custom minifigure to be given as a gift to celebrate an anniversary with my wife I had ordered with plenty of time before said day When the order arrived the info I wanted printed was incorrect despite being correct in the confirmation email I reached out and it and I was sent a replacement torso The replacement was worse than the initial print The initial print was missing part of the date but at least was scaled and aligned appropriately on the torso The replacement had the date correct but seemed as if because it was replacement from their mistake no care was given to it So the entire print which was two dates that were initially one on top of the other on the first print were now printed completely horizontal side by side on the torso of a minifigure This not only looked absolutely horrible it was illegible due to the print being so small to make it fit that way I have no idea why it couldn t have been printed the way it was initially with just the added number that was missing There was ample space and it seemed like it was just missing but the space was there on the first torso I had purchased once before and returned but I do not think I will go this route with this company again Their only solution was to refund the cost of the torso or send it all back for a full refund with me paying the cost to return it overseas When I didn t make the mistakes If you re looking to get custom stuff that would be meaningful don t I wouldn t recommend using them for this Update to the reply yes I did get a second reprint and yes I was told there was nothing more that was going to be done other than refund the torso cost yet that still left me with an incorrect and unusable gift I have the correspondence emails stating all of this

The price is much too high for what you get We live in Canada and the total for one minifigure including shipping ends up being 27 Canadian dollars You d do much better and sell more product if your prices were reasonable They sell highly detailed action figures at the mall for the same price so it s hard to see the value in one minifigure being equivalent to that

I bought Geralt minifigure few weeks ago the piece on the back with sword has few defects from the cast also the sword can not be detached from the back-piece which was not clear from the picture The hair pair is not couloured on all the part in a same way and some of the original colour is visible The price could be lower but it is a nice minifigure I like the painting and two variants of eyes

Maybe the hairpiece online was misleading wasn t what I expected but can work with it

Fun product fun to see cute for gifts Came stained with red marks on the pants should not have this bad quality control when I m paying 30 for one
