Friendly and helpful customer service could slightly improve return system

Overall easy to use fairly straightforward return policy friendly and helpful customer service downside is only by chat and the software for the chat behaves weirdly sometimes and can be a bit slow Would also be much better if one could return items from different orders in the same return so as not to have to pay the return fee for every single order

It s frustrating that missguided take so damn long to refund Honestly it stops me from purchasing things unless I know it s 100 going to fit me Which how can I because I can only try it on by ordering Anyway Missguided s customer service via the chat option were fantastic at resolving two overdue refunds Thank you Simiso for your help and quick response times

Those thoughtless people who order clothes and then return half or more of them deserve to lose out with the demise of this company You clog up the system with returns and cause wasted transport miles Think of the planed not your own srlfish needs

Evri lost my parcel

Evri lost my parcel because they are the most useless delivery courier known to this planet As a result I ended up speaking with Melissa in customer service who provided a refund for the items that were now out of stock an order cancellation reprocessed the remaining items and provided a partial refund for the next day delivery Thanks Melissa

I decided to adjust my review because I eventually received my order after about 11 days Everything is good quality and I m suprised considering how cheap everything was 80 off Really recommend the comfort jeans Everything is true to size
