Excellent Product and First Class Installation

The whole experience of working with Mitchell and Dickinson has been first class From our initial contact with Kirsty through to the installation of the secondary glazing by Arturo and Jack the professionalism of the company has been apparent A special mention for Arturo and Jack who worked so hard and were a pleasure to have in the house Mitchell and Dickinson are not cheap but you have to pay for quality and we are delighted with our Sitting Room and Bathroom which are now so much warmer

The two workmen Keith and Leo did a beautiful job They were efficient sorted out little problems kept me informed and checked options with me They were a pleasure to have in the house because they were unobtrusive covered things well cleaned up every day and were just nice people I m pleased with the look of the result though I guess I ll have to wait to next winter to feel the warmth benefits

Having had no luck for repair and double glazing with local companies we took a chance from the Internet for 2 rotten windows on our grade 2 listed house It was a brilliant experience from start to finish with efficient communication from head office and informative surveyors Our installers Harry and Nico were efficient and friendly The glazing is easy to use and undetectable

We are delighted with the work that Mitchell Dickinson have carried out on the nine arched windows in our Grade II listed apartment The skilled craftsmen thanks Will and Phil were a pleasure to have in our home and they negotiated the issues of limited space and two dogs better than we could have hoped The apartment is significantly quieter when the windows are closed and we look forward to a cosier winter Mitchell Dickinson may be more expensive than rival companies but we were happy to pay a premium for peace of mind and the knowledge that their after-sales service is top-notch Our thanks go to the whole team the office staff the surveyors the craftsmen It has been a pleasure

We were delighted with the work done by Rob and his team The house is significantly warmer and traffic noise is reduced Our 500 year old house threw up all sorts of problems but nothing fazed them and they found solutions to all the problems I would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Dickinson if you are considering having work done

I cant recommend this company highly enough We have an old listed house with mullioned windows - no line is straight One floor to ceiling arched window was particularly challenging because it had curved frame Luke s craftmanship and attention to detail was exemplary - he took a real pleasure in doing the job to a very high standard The Mitchell and Dickinson team were very helpful in correcting a problem at survey stage and while we had a long wait for them to do the work it was more than worth it This is a rare company which believes in what its doing - energy efficiency in old buildings I am full of admiration for their high standards

A challenging job Restoring and renovating two large Victorian stained glass sash windows and adding secondary glazing The company was very professional and easy to deal with from the start and the installation team were friendly and thorough ensuring that the job was completed on time on budget and fully to specification The kitchen is now better insulated quieter with reduced traffic noise from the busy road we live on and with better light compared to the old glass secondary glazing Not cheap but you get what you pay for Strongly recommended

Very pleased with the skilled craftsmanship of Tim and his trainee They were considerate and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them around The effectiveness of the insulation is impressive and the windows look good so we are entirely satisfied customers Thanks also to the back office who made preparation and planning for the work much easier - Not cheap but an investment worth making

What an amazing job

Brilliant from start to finish Paul and his team were incredibly professional They were considerate of all the household requirements understanding the special needs of one household member They quite literally turned the place upside down but everything tidied away at the end of every day The end result is a set of 6 totally refurbished listed building windows that are a joy to open and you would never have known they were there as they cleaned and tidied everything I cannot express enough my gratitude to all the team and would recommend them in an instant
