Excellent service from start to finish As a first time buyer I found MJD Residential Surveying to be extremely helpful every step of the way Max called me on the day of the survey to run through it and explained everything addressing any of my concerns which was really helpful This was followed by an extremely thorough report a few days later Would definitely recommend Many thanks

This company offers excellent service Their fees are very competitive and they offer good value for money I had a level 3 survey They were always at the end of a phone to answer questions and explain how my survey would be conducted When they had done the survey the surveyor rang me and went through everything he had found and gave very helpful advice The report came a week later and was thorough and easy to read Each section was graded so that I could see at a glance what I needed to pay particular attention to There was a whole section for my solicitor s guidance too In addition there was general guidance about making sure of other things that you should do before exchanging contracts I strongly recommend their service
