Issue solved

Delivery date was delayed after I confirmed my order but a guy from the company helped me to get my order quicker and also offered me 20 discount for all the trouble i had Great customer service My only concern now is that the website should be updated if something is out of stock For avoiding any issues in the future Thank you

Mobiles uk great but DPD s delivery sucked

Mobiles uk were great but the delivery was terrible The driver came we were in my son went to get the delivery code and the driver left My son chased after him to get the parcel and give the code The driver ignored my son got in his van and drove off then lied and said we missed the delivery I have proof of this but DPD couldn t care less Please use a better delivery company DPD are utter rubbish To add Mobiles uk contacted me today in relation to my review and will be speaking to DPD about there service and not following protocol I have increased my star rating to reflect how receptive Mobiles UK have been and how they have sought to resolve my issues DPD are still rubbish though

Mobiles co Were great Unfortunately the Vodafone airtime contract wasn t Vodafone refused to let me carry my old 2 year Vodafone contract number this despite the old two year contract ending They said that as I had got my Phone and contract from a third party and not Vodafone directly they refused to allow me to keep my Number When I rung Vodafone they said that had I bought the phone from them there would have been no issue and the number would have been ported in a couple of days seems like Bullying to me However and of course the same phone from Vodafone was 8 pound a month more expensive disgusting treatment from Vodafone Needless to say I cancelled both contracts on the spot Mobiles co were Brilliant Vodafone are tripe

Great correspondence and price but I have give it 4 stars due to selecting sell my phone as it was on a offer to sell your phone and they top it up 100 and a free Samsung galaxy watch I haven t received anything as of yet and I sold it 20th Oct I have had a email about the watch and I have contacted currys Dixons as of the time of writing this Still Nothing

We initiated two contracts to upgrade Vodafone but it seems that neither is progressing It s unclear whether the issue lies with the Vodafone provider or your company Finally we switched to another provider ID Mobile through your company and that went through successfully

Been with mobiles co uk for 3 years now Great competitively priced contract renewals Very good value after cashback Staff are very helpful and courteous App and account works well Only problem is that I have 2 phones that renew at the same time and so far every year at renewal there is a problem with one renewing and the other either not doing so or I don t receive the all important order id in the confirmation email for the second number A phone call to customer services has sorted it out but that s the only reason not to be 5 stars

I am with mobiles co uk for years now and I really appreciate their service In the time of prices going higher here it goes lower It s easy and straightforward application online to buy renew or claim cashback The customer service over the phone is great too I recommend it especially for sim only deals

Prompt delivery and good packageWas able to transfer the number easily planter but had to look through the paperwork to see howNot sure what it meant by 550GB data was it per month or overall that was a bit confusing so explaining that would be useful
