I have never had a problem I have always received my vouchers for Amazon and I have never been blocked infact I once uninstalled it and as a good will gesture they added another 5 points to my account which equals 5 so I will keep this app as I think it s great and free money at the end of the day

Only ever had one problem with this all the time i have had it ive had it 10 years or so Has been brilliant for me

2 weeks in all good

I ve had the app for about 2 weeks Claimed a 20 Amazon gift card voucher 10 mins ago Received an email with the code 5 mins later and applied it to my account All good so far

Scam

Just tried to use my 40 points to get an Amazon gift card only to receive a messege saying that my account had been locked I was extremely confused at first until I thought about what opinion outpost pulled a few years back and thought to check the reviews and of course I m not the only one

MobiileXpression is cheatI have my 50 Reward points and they eat everything they send me email that I am not eligible I collected these points after a month and then received such unprofessional email They are big cheater please do not use their service as they use your phone to collect important data and share to others without your consent They are unprofessional too

Unfortunately this business and its reward program are scams They missed to pay out 20 Voucher Moreover they reset my account so cannot access my reward transaction history They make money from tracking users but they fail to payout They do not reply to emails

Accounts locked with no support

The app itself works well little to no impact on my phone or data allowance Credit are gained at a reasonable rate and as promised in the adverts and signup The problem comes when credits are redeemed for amazon vouchers My account is locked arbitrarily with no explanation offered No response from the suggested email addresses on the notification page or help tickets submitted via the app website
