Now I Can Breathe

I was at a point that I wouldn t answer my phone I knew the creditors were calling and I had nothing to pay I m in a hardship and all I wanted to do is make it go away Things happen I m relieved now that the calls have ceased Though I m paying I don t get the phone calls that made me so nervous anymore

Our experience thus far with MMI has been very good Our initial consultation with Robin Tryon was excellent and more than worthwhile She was patient thorough responsive and reassuring My husband and I feel a great weight lifted having MMI taking care of our debt reduction I highly recommend them

Overall happy with customer service and website Friendly and helpful customer service agents who want to and do help and fully resolve any issues or answer my questions The information provided to me online and by phone is comprehensive and helpful It took me a little while to learn how the debt consolidation program worked but there is a lot of information and agents are always ready to answer any questions The website could be a little more intuitive simple to navigate

A creditor was inadvertently added to

A creditor was inadvertently added to my debt management plan that I didn t want included I called and the lady on the phone confirmed that the creditor was removed however it was not A proposal was sent and then the staff said that I had to call my creditor to clean up the mess I think they should have to call since they made the mistake Other than that my experience has been great quick and easy so far I m at the beginning stages so we ll see how my creditors respond to the proposals

Debts Be Gone - New Life

I completed the debt payment plan in 4 years paying off over 44 000 All payments were processed correctly and on time to all creditors MMI staff has been polite professional knowledgeable of their products services I have disciplined myself to live on a cash flow basis I would highly recommend MMI to anyone needing a fresh start

It was a good experience and steady way

It was a good experience and steady way to repay debt I am suggesting that MMI do regular follow ups with creditors to verify the accounts I had several accounts sold to a third party after initial setup so MMI would send to a creditor who would then forward payment to another creditor This was an issue when it came time to payoff balances I had to track down where my was eventually going and with whom the accounts were with

I have asked MMI to withdraw my money

I have asked MMI to withdraw my money on the 25th of each month as that is when my checks come in and so far at least three of these take out payments have been taken out on the 23rd and the 24th of the month I have not call MMI on this I have just tried to move money around on my own but it makes it rough

Was with MMI about 8 years ago Excellent service Due to hardships this pass year find myself back with MMI it been in the beginning stages right now So far Customer Service and Support System has been very helpful Looking forward in three years to be debt free and stress free Thank you MMI

I liked the counseling staff

I liked the counseling staff My husband had been resisting other debt management companies but since my union at work recommended MMI we felt confident we could work with them We are new to the program but so far everything seems to be going well We desperately needed help they are there with reasonable fees good service

I have only been in the program for more than a couple months but so far so good I know that I really have along way to go for me to pay off my debt but I believe that with the help of these people in this program there s a big chance I can and I will wake up one day debt free with savings Thank you very much MMI Especially to Pam Myers So pleasant and has a unlimited patience
