I went to Bournemouth by train

I went to Bournemouth by train yesterday to watch Kim wild I needed help with bus times and where to catch the bus This lovely gentleman bus driver outside the pavilion got off his bus in order to help me on his break to actually walk down to the bus stops to show me Now you don t get many who will go out their way to help I have forgotten his name but he was parked outside the pavilion That is why I have given him a 5 star rating and if there were more drivers like him life would be so much easier he is a credit to more buses

Just had a journey driven by Alex Bird one a morebus to bmth Uni He was incredibly polite and friendly with everyone who got on the bus dressed very smartly and driving very well - safe quick off the mark clearly paying attention to the road and working hard Made my day Thanks mate

I want to show some recognition to More bus driver 8928 I witness him do some good deeds this morning Picking up the mistakes from two other bus drivers The driver stopped for a pregnant lady after she actually put her arm out the bus in front he also waited to let me in when I was going to get the 8 19 am from southbourne cross roads but that driver decided to carry on his journey even though he was early so the 8 11 although was 2 minutes late didn t just leave He also let a young boy on going to school when he card didn t work and not leave him in the cold It shows he cares about his customers and not just driving a bus He really went above and beyond today So thank you -

Driver said sorry for late arrival

Even though the bus was late the driver made a point of saying he was sorry for being late at the end of the day it is not his fault with all the road work every where It was the 18-40 12 service from Melvin road he was about 7 mins late

I take the bus most days

I take the bus most days I don t know how the bus drivers deal with half these customers that get on their bus So many Karen and Kevin s they have to deal with over the most stupidest things as well All drivers are brilliant I am sorry you have to deal with these disgusting people at times You are doing an amazing job
