Uncomfortable

Bought a pair of muck boots a couple of months ago they were the most expensive boots I d ever bought but do a lot of dog walking They are so uncomfortable at the heel on both feet I have sore heels after every walk Very disappointed

I have always been very pleased with my muck boots Good insulation and support for one s foot Also they have been safe in slippery conditions This year I bought my fourth pair of muck boots muck master not the same design as previous pairs but the nearest I could see on the website Unfortunately these are not safe in slippery conditions and I have nearly fallen over on several occasions These boots will have to be relagated to dry conditions only hardly the point of wellies

Service was good as I wanted a pair of waterproof boots for walking my dog on the mountain tracks that would last I am fed up of buying high quality waterproof walking boots that within a year are no longer waterproof but still useable Only just got these so unsure how they will last as waterproof but they look strong and robust although they look like a short wellington boot Extremely comfortable and good grip Have only given three stars but that could change in time

Slow at customer service

After making a complaint they did give me my refund on returned boots Just be aware that they might need a nudge Boots were great but slightly too wide fitting for my feet so I had to return as too big

I have been wearing Muck Boots for years for dog walking I recently purchased two pairs in the sale I have been wearing the one pair for a few weeks and already they are leaking in water I have been emailing the Company for two weeks now and not getting a response i have even tried on Facebook messenger I was asked my order number then nothing no response Edit - All resolved now and I have had a refund for both pairs of boots due to them being possibly faulty and leaking However I didn t get a response to first email I sent several and it wasn t until I telephoned that someone tracked down my emails Thank you

Used to be very good products but seems to have failing standards and pretty bad customer service Had some boots in my basket ready to purchase but life got in the way I then received an email showing what was internet basket and if I still wanted to proceed when I clicked on the link the price of the boots had increased possibly due to sale finishing but my email stated the sale price After back and forth emails the customer service person Lydia just couldn t be bothered to put together emails explaining or apologising about the email mistake You could tell she couldn t care about the customer service Seems to have gone downhill quickly

After 5 pairs I am giving up on Muckboots

After 5 pairs of muck boots I am giving up moving to another company they are the most comfortable boots however the soles are made of useless rubber that wears away within a year has no grip every pair has been the same it s as though the company does it deliberately to make you buy more I only use them twice a day for dog walks and most of that is in fields my girlfriend gave up on them last year now it s my turn For the price I expect quality Lakeland next

Expensive returns

Cost me just under 10 to return the boots as they didn t fit well around my wife s calf area Won t be ordering from Muck Boots again despite being a previous purchaser Nice boots but a very costly return

Latest pair of boots was a disappointment

My third pair of Muck Chore boots have been a disappointment springing multiple leaks heel seal failure cracks in toe in just 12 months of 3x week dog walking It s a shame because they are comfortable and look great Update the retailer Mastershoe has given me a full refund despite being a month out of warranty Here s hoping it was just a one-off pair of faulty boots
