Love my boot

Love my boot I can t wear normal wellies as my calfs are to big Muck boots fit me perfect The only issue I have is they don t last me the full year I will say I wear them every day I am a dog walker

Good customer service

I received a pair of defective boots However customer services were great with resolving the issue They confirmed it was a manufacturing defect and they refunded my purchase and left me to dispose of them Disappointed about the boots and it s not the first time I ve had similar issues with this company so i dont expect to use them again but customer service was very helpful

Boots great but sizing off

Boots great and fast delivery but CS advise on sizing off Had to pay for return delivery for boots too big after they said to definitely not order size smaller Reordered smaller size and was perfect

Updated After receiving an email reply from Muck Boot I can say that my issues have been resolved satisfactorily Its such a shame that a straight forward replacement exchange process is not in place that would solve possibly half of these reviews After all they are really comfortable boots ---------------------------------------------------------- Received a pair as a present for Christmas with minimal use they are starting to become unglued around the seam with no exchange policy and now a price as they were reduced prior to Christmas I would have to pay to get a replacement pair let alone the cost of postage to return them Shocking really I wish I had read these reviews prior to my wife buying them Surely if a product is faulty within 30 days they should be replaced regardless of the original price

Generally a big fan but buyer beware on returns

I really like Muck boots and between myself and my husband have a few pairs They seem to last well and are very comfy to walk in which is our main use I recently ordered some trainer-style ones and they re so uncomfortable sizing totally different to the boots and not great for anyone with high arches Frustratingly it isn t free returns so I m stuck paying 5 to return shoes that don t fit despite all other styles fitting Very annoying and poor service from what I generally see as a premium brand with good service

Comfy boots but narrow opening

Decent website quick delivery However I prefered my previous Muck Boot ankle boots but unfortunatelythe soles of those are now worn through The old ones were easy to pop on and off hands free whereas these new ones require bending to pull on off using your hands because the neck of the boot is narrower While a bootjack would assist in removal it wouldn t help putting them on hands free Otherwise they are comfortable and waterproof and ideal for short dog walks and gardening

Quality problem

I have had my pair of Muck Boots for about a year when I noted that the sole was starting to detach from each of the boots I reported the problem by email sending a photo of the issue and within a day or so the company responded to agree with my complaint and sent me a voucher for a replacement Good customer service

A fairly satisfied customer

Good looking comfortable boots My wife and I both ordered boots and they were as good as hoped After a while my pair started leaking despite not having heavy use Customer Service however was helpful and given the period of use offered credit against a replacement which I was happy to accept All in all the approach taken was fair and relatively painless which has meant that a potential issue was only a minor disappointment and I m happy to continue being a customer

Boots have generally been great waterproof and warm Had an issue with the back of the outer sole after about 15 months but was rectified by the customer service team
