Hello to every readerI have never been so happy with something I have ordered I went to one of the showrooms to have a look at the sofas in Zurich I went in and did not have an appointment Stina one of the assistants there offered her time for me although she had an appointment with another client I got to know her she got my e-mail and I got her details aswell She told me to order the sofa I did so but in the first place I wasn t sure if I had ordered the right sofa After I had ordered the sofa I got an e-mail from her Stina exactly 2 days later I realize that I had made a mistake in my order - I contacted her back told her my issue and now I got the sofa I want Just because of her service I have never had a service like this Incredible how they reacted and especially how Stina was able to fullfill my wishes Thank you to Stina for this unbelievable and honest service Also to Peter her lovely dog and MYCS which is an awesome brand
