Needs to be advised about postal

Needs to be advised about postal charges at the beginning of the order like other on line services do to make an informed decision of how much to order Now that I have the order which was for my grandsons Xmas present on opening I found it was missing the a main peace Getting someone to address this is only on line and having to go to a post office print a label which I m disabled so considerably difficult and isolating
