Fabulous cordless vacuum with great battery life

This is the 5th Shark product I have purchased and as always I am delighted Super fast delivery - next day and free The cordless vacuum is amazing and has much better battery life on maximum suction than I expected

AMAZING PRODUCTS AND EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES

I purchased a cordless vacuum on 22 02 2023 the IZ300UKT Order No 101003378117 I have been using it since then and recently the hinge on the stick broke at no fault of my own however I was fully prepared to go out and buy a new one as I didn t think this would be covered under the free 5 year guarantee that Shark offers with its products Oh how was I pleasantly surprised I called Shark today and spoke with a gentleman whose name I can t remember but he listened to me and even set up a video call with me so I could show him the fault This in itself was amazing service most companies will ask you to return the product so they can diagnose the fault themselves Anyway I was able to show the gentleman the fault and he said my fault would be covered under the guarantee Firstly he was going to send out the replacement parts but my model was discontinued so he said he ll be sending me a newer equivalent model which happens to be the IZ400UK They even registered the one on my behalf I can t recommend Shark enough if you re reading this considering whether you want to purchase a shark vacuum I would say go ahead and order one not only are their products on par if not better than the leading vacuum brand dare I say it Dyson you will not be disappointed with their products and or their after-care service and FREE 5 year guarantee - why would you go anywhere else Please note I haven t been paid to say this

Placed my order and literally next day the hoover was delivered Outstanding speed of delivery The Stratus hoover is awesome too The amount of dust and dirt it picked up compared to our previous hoover is incredible and just goes to prove the suction power Very happy customer
