Joe was pretty decent

Joe was pretty decent however several times when I tried to make contact regarding what was going on I was advised he was busy and that I would be called back which I wasn t Only a trivial thing but frustrating Overall everything else was good

Tom was personable and easy to deal

Tom was personable and easy to deal with and NFL came through with the deal sorting out one or two early issues such as land registry records The downside is that there were last minute requests such as one of the guarantors needed to be an officer of the company At no point was this mentioned during the process and could have been a deal breaker Got there in teh end

We had a dedicated account manager

We had a dedicated account manager which made the process easier to navigate as you only spoke with one person At times they were hard to get hold of and although the overall process was simple the instructions were not always clear when we thought we had completed all the paperwork there was always something else to get or be signed Would recommend but ensure you know what the full process is and what the APR rate is from the start

You do more than other companies and go the extra mile

I liked the fact that you took an interest in me when I was at my lowest and you were the only group that bothered to help Yet you over promise and under deliver-never do that I was guaranteed money before Christmas and its the 4th of January and I m still waiting for final payment Its not that I m not grateful but rather under promise and over deliver I also dont appreciate being spoken to like a child when I am stressed and at my weakest point

Chris in New Business who I dealt with all the way through the process was Brilliant but you can only be as good as the process you re working with I recommend Chris absolutely and would in the future if I need this service again have Chris to deal with my account The process in my experience and in my opinion needs work as it took much longer than I expected I also need to give peter a mention who was great too

Decent experience

Emmanuel mushabati delivered an extremely professional and direct service and helped me get the funding I needed to secure the first part of my new business I would highly recommend him and his team

Decent experience Communication was good and documents easy to read It would have been a 5 if I had received all the funds at the time I was told they would arrive but good service overall

The business director who dealt with my application was great quick response and supportive However I think the steps to process the loan should be reviewed in order to make time efficient

I ve been with nationwide finance since 2021 It was simple and quick The Refinancing process with the team was a tad bit longer but overall Alison was a delight Always well mannered and communicated effectively
