Joe was amazing to deal with

Was happy to be approved for the loan and was very easy to arrange It is expensive but that s to be expected for my new business Thomas was super helpful and kept me up to date with everything Would recommend to others in need of start up assistance It was definitely something I had to think through but there was no pressure to go ahead and I was left to think about it for as long as I needed

Nationwide helped my business in this

Overall the experience was good I had Oliver who dealt with our case he was professional throughout and kept me upto date on everything The process was very long in our case as it was Asset Finance which required other signatories which slowed the process down but despite that it was very thorough I gave this 4 5 as there was a mistake on a key form which caused a delay which meant we missed our deadline for funding which had a slight knock on effect however Oliver was very professional in dealing with this and highlighted ASAP which is what you want them to do I would use them again in the future

Great service and prompt exectution

The team on the phone James and hardeep were great super helpful and pushed to get it passed through as soon as possible Sadly the rep wasnt very clear on information also didn t realise that some of the documents we provided werent sufficient which in turn increased the processing time and slowed down the starting of my business The interest rate is rather high though All that mentioned i would highly recommend them if you need a start up loan and you have bad credit i v a etc

Never got the amount that was originally quoted when applying Did take sometime to get the money from when I applied In saying that the service from Alfie was generally good throughout I would recommend Nationwide Finance if you are looking for a cash injection for your business or as a start up

In general the service was pretty good

In general the service was pretty good The only thing I struggled with was the transparency at some stages for example there were times when I wasn t told the next steps and then something unexpected was sprung on me that I of course wasn t prepared for I feel like this delayed the process a bit as I had to prepare things step by step instead of all at once But my account manager Alfie T was helpful and answered all my questions when I had them he did facilitate everything I needed and the easiest ways for me to get them done Overall great process great people just not as streamlined as I expected
