The mattress

The mattress is comfortable but the downside it gets a bit to warm when you are laying on it maybe nectar could bring out a topper for the mattress to keep it cooler if they do could nector notyify me thank you

I can t fault the service but the

I can t fault the service but the mattress is definitely firmer than we expected so I think that it is going to go back if we haven t got used to it in another few weeks

Great sleep

Extremely comfortable so I ve had the best sleep for years Only problem is the material is bobbling on the top so I hope this doesn t continue

So far like the mattress Firm enough for me Good customer service Quick replies However they tricked me with free delivery what is not in the bedroom delivery what is free In advert they say- you don t need to carry your mattress yourself you have your coffee when we put it to your room hahaha Only to hallway free delivery Otherwose you need to pay extra Also in advert they said we pick your old mattress but when you start investigating terms and conditions you need to pay 45 for old mattress removal Let s hope the mattress keeps the shape

Great value for a comfortable mattress

Great value for a comfortable mattress Quick delivery but my old mattress wasn t removed for two weeks even though I had paid for this service at the time of purchase and I had to chase the company to collect it

Good mattress good company but not for me

The mattress was not for me but it was a really good mattress just way too soft for me which left me feeling slightly sunken and not supported enough My feedback would be to give real clarity on the level of support to accurately manage expectation I would describe it as soft To be fair the company was great at the returns refund and collection process I only feel that a bit of clarity and I would not have bought it and they didn t need to loose the money If you like medium soft - you can t fault the mattress or the customer experience I think they d have less returns if the conveyed the exact level of support even more clearly

Your ordering was good except I tried

Your ordering was good except I tried to arrange help with taking items upstairs but got cut off when looking for order number even though I was on your order link It took a while to arrange for help to erect bed and place the mattress on as on my own and over 70 Otherwise all ok Unfortunately I don t think the mattress suits me as having real problems sleeping on it So think I will have to return it

Good mattress but

Bought Nectar s most advanced mattress recently It s all good and comfortable but seems to lack memory foam doesn t seem to have that little softness that most premium mattresses have Also I find myself waking up during the night because I m sweating Not just me it s my partner as well

So far happy with it

Quick delivery It is an heavy and high mattress therefore you might have to adjust your bedsheets like we had to previously owning a 15cm mattress It is comfortable the cooling system has definitely helped my husband who used to sweat pretty much every night So far we re quite happy about it

Okay so far we have had a comfy good night s sleep no negative feedback just hope it lives up to expectations further down the line Yes we love our bed so a big well done to nectar would definitely recommend Thank you don t forget when unpacking let it settle to expand
