Bought the mattress protector about 7 months ago now and it has been the most comfortable one we have ever had It does not rustle when you move It is so thin you can t tell it is even there Child has had a couple of accidents and it kept our mattress dry as a bone It didn t feel overly hot in the summer really pleased Delivery was on time and item arrived in perfect condition

Having had a Nectar mattress for two or three years now I decided to order a spare Tencel mattress protector These do actually help reduce heat build up from contact with the memory foam mattress top layers Made the order on the Nectar web site and the item turned up on time and in perfect condition wrapped and inside its own box Good product and hassle free ordering Happy days

Mattress im still getting used too but

Mattress im still getting used too but it did arrive on time with no problems However the mattress protectors I ordered got delivered somewhere else not Nectar s fault but courier service DPD when I called Nectar I spoke to a lovely lady named Claire who re-sent item s without hesitation Glad to say protectors arrived a day earlier then I was told VERY HAPPY with Claire and the Nectar team

Best customer service Notified about delivery via email Delivery came on time Driver was messaging before with exact time slot All perfect from A-Z and the mattress is heaven

From start to finish could not fault them Went online chose my mattress ordered it and within a week it s on my bed Efficient service and great communication throughout would recommend let s hope that mattress is as good a quality
