For such an expensive mattress it is so uncomfortable to sleep on If you sleep on ur back I guess Its OK but If your a side sleeper like me it s really uncomfortable it s made my back pain worse Plus one side of the mattress is already dipping The actual matress cover is so silky that even fitted cotton sheets slide around on it and slides off mattress sheet has become bubbly after a couple of months sleep

Yeah my mattress got softer and softer Contacted customer support They re-issue another mattress The same thing - now they are offering to re-issue it again What s the point It has a design flaw If two people sleep on it sides get soft very quickly

Emailed my concerns 24 11 23Re delivery issues lack of paperwork warranty etc etc Your reply you d look into it No explanation to date And you want a rating matress OK follow up

We received our NECTAR mattress 21 months ago It is NO LONGER FIT FOR PURPOSE specifically for sleeping on It was great for the first year but then the compression started on both my side and my husband s You are advised to rotate the mattress but this does not help at all as you are simply swapping the depressions Today we had an inspector check the mattress and confirm that there is no manufacturing fault as the compression is within Nectar s own tolerance While that may be the case it does not alter the fact that the mattress is NO LONGER FIT FOR PURPOSE If you are researching these reviews prior to buying a NECTAR mattress ask yourself can you afford another mattress in 2 years time

I ve just had the worlds worst night sleep What an unbelievably uncomfortable bed Plus its baking hot Kind of feel I got duped First time I ve ever invested in an expensive mattress and what a let down I know they say give it some time but initial reaction is this is awful Will give it till the new year and will change this review if it gets better but if not its going straight back I m absolutely knackered

Early December I ordered a four drawer super king storage divan with mattress I discovered after placing my order the mattress and divan wouldn t be delivered together That in it s self wasn t the ideal situation but with my order already placed before this became clear I accepted the arrangement The mattress arrived around a week later the divan arrived The divan bed had a storage drawer missing I noted this on the delivery confirmation when signing it I did consider rejecting the delivery but as the delivery men had already carried everything up to the main bedroom before it was obvious there was an issue it seemed unfair to reject and have them take everything back to the van I contacted customer service via email had to send photos of the bed showing missing drawer that seemed an unnecessary step as I believed it obvious what a bed frame looked like without a drawer I m still waiting for update on when the drawer will arrive I ve have not heard from customer service since they told me the manufacturing department would close before Christmas and wouldn t work again until after New Year I haven t assembled the bed I m keeping everything packaged until the missing drawer is delivered if the drawer isn t delivered soon the mattress and divan will be returned exactly as delivered for a refund From mid December my main bedroom has been out of use having a super king bed frame in two parts a large headboard a footboard and a boxed up mattress taking up the floor space I ve had to use the guest room myself and have had to get an airbed to use to accommodate visitors over the Christmas period Not sure how a factory can release a bedframe for delivery with something as obvious as a missing drawer but they did Perhaps I was just unlucky but naive to assume the missing drawer would be sent out to me immediately I now believe I should have rejected the delivery on the day but I didn t expect it would take this long to complete the delivery This ongoing issue is not the experience I was expecting when I ordered the bed

Load of rubbish Mattress depresses where your back is supported after a couple of years Life time guarantee kicks in when the depression reaches 4 cms essentially a hole My mattress was inspected by a Nectar representative at 2 5 cms permanent depression and considered to be acceptable 2 5 cms depression is without any weight on the mattress when lying on the mattress the depression is consideably more Whoever set these limits should come and try sleeping on my mattress

Mattress has only lasted 3 years recommended to change your mattress every 7 years so not even made it halfway Nectar came out to inspect it but said the depression is within their tolerance of 4cm so won t do anything about it I m now having to buy a new mattress elsewhere as my husband no longer gets a good nights sleep on our 3 year old nectar So much for life time guarantee Edit nectar sleep It s ok I ve purchased a simba mattress now and they guarantee a replacement whatever the depth of depression for a 10 year period Just wanted to make others aware of your life time guarantee so they don t make the same mistake

Nectar mattress was fine for the 18 month s or so then it started to sag quite drastically Ended up with 2 massive dips on each side a huge ridge through the middle of the mattress Both sides where you get out of bed have sagged really low making it impossible to get comfortable or even get near the middle of the bed Complained nectar arranged for home serve to come check the mattress Their test for checking how much the bed dips is completely inadequate Rather than put a hard level across the width of the mattress they use a piece of red string This simply follows the contour of the dented mattress proves absolutely nothing Do not be fooled by all the fake reviews Lifetime guarantee Didn t last 2 years

We purchased our mattress less than three years ago Essentially two body sized holes where the mattress has compressed Had someone out to assess under the life time warranty - concluded that our 2 5cm ruts are considered acceptable and falls under general wear and tear Now having to buy a new mattress as our sleep is being affected Absolutely would not recommend this brand
