Not to over joyed with the mattress

Not to over joyed with the mattress it s to firm for my liking I wouldn t buy this product again due to firmness of the mattress it was a uncomfortable sleep I had to buy a mattress topper from a different company so I could sleep better

Everything was great at first

Everything was great at first but after a few days I have to rotate the mattress which is difficult as im disabled The reason for this is that the top outer cover goes loose and wrinkled making it uncomfortable to lie on and the memory foam doesnt bounce back meaning that I have to keep rotating It is causing great discomfort to my legs and I am going to contact nectar hopefully for a refund as I m not happy with this experience and waking up each day in discomfort and not getting a full night s sleep I am going to email them directly now for a refund and to return the mattress

Do not buy this awful mattress

Got the mattress all good comfortable and supportive for the first 6 months then it started to sag ending with chronic back ache but under there guarantee they did send an independent mattress specialist out after 3 months of trying to get a reply only when threatened to go to papers what a con probably payed to say nothing wrong with it So be aware this is a lifetime con as you will not get anywhere when trying for a replacement or money back Mine and my wife s option is stay clear do not trust this con of a company The after care is awful

Not Enough Memory Foam

The problem with the memory foam mattress is it only actually has 2 5cm of actual memory foam so if your body needs to sink deeper than that the memory foam is no longer helping you I m a normal weight height adult male and I need to sink more than that I sleep on my side and I found it too hard not proper memory foam pressure relieve on hips and no sinkage at all on shoulders so I couldn t get comfortable After a few weeks I returned which was okay and bought an Ergoflex mattress instead which has 9cm memory foam layer and is much better

We ve had our Nectar mattress for 2 years

We ve had our Nectar mattress for 2 years now it sags in the middle holds onto heat to the point you are sweating throughout the night and seems to hold onto smells My partner has had to move into another rooms as she finds the bed to uncomfortable I wish I had sent it back during the trial period however between moving house jobs it was low on the priority list I ve also noticed that due to the sag it doesn t hold onto fitted sheets very well resulting in having to remake the bed everyday A mattress should last between 6 8 years They aren t cheap And this one isn t worth your money

Not happy

Service very slow and not customer focused Our divan bed base was delivered damaged and getting a replacement has been very difficult and slow Not the customer satisfaction we would have expected considering the amount of money we spent on it Still awaiting a replacement weeks later Not a pleasant buying experience

Never managed to return it

Once we decided the mattress wasn t for us 3 days later they simply found any reason not to collect it Asked if it had been inflated - seriously - how do you know its not right if it s not inflated They pressured us to just keep it with a refund which sounded great Person in the phone made it sound we were doing the a favour keeping it But now we have a mattress on a spare bed which is awful

It was only good whilst it lasted

The mattress when new is amazing So comfortable and best nights sleep I ve ever had Sadly after a few months my husbands side of the bed sunk badly Nectar were very good to replace that mattress for us but the same thing has happened again and they will not replace this time until it s sagged even further My husband has health issues and needs a good mattress to support his back so we ve gone elsewhere after less than two years

Not as expected

This mattress is not what I expected I have metal frame in spine and suffer with hip problems but I have not slept properly since I received this mattress It is supposed to have a cooling core but I am waking up every hour or more with cold sweats that are really wet It does not feel like a medium firm as it is quite soft I would like to send it back Please advise
