There was a few bits of confusion at the start and emails weren t sent for old mattress pick up Yet after talking to customer services all was corrected quite quickly and dealt with in a professional manner Mattress is great nice and comfy hugs you to sleep and not yet woke up with any kind of pains other when laying on my arms n they go dead Worth the money even the Mrs n dog enjoys it too Can t get the dog off now
