Michael secured a sale within 2 weeks We had a very difficult situation when the sale collapsed 2 days from completing due to EWS1 issues After the deal collapsed I chose to rent the flat out instead Michael exceeded expectations by helping arrange everything for the tenancy including works for legal compliance Good communication throughout and easy to contact
