The customer service is very friendly and genuinely tries to help She was very kind We are still waiting for tracking for the replacement The experience with getting help is good but wish I didn t have to pay shipping when you just gave us this replacement in August and it was supposed to be a better machine since they had problems with the original unit but it did the same thing as the first one Hopefully the one you send this time will last for years NONE of your products has made a year yet
