Great products but thecap I ordered

Great products but the cap I ordered was no longer in stock although payment has gone through need to have better live inventory Did offer some discount on next purchase but this only matched the Black Friday discount available to all

Hello I am very satisfied with the products that I bought everything was very good as I requested on the internet page everything in order What upset me was the delivery company I didn t arrive on time they didn t answer me they didn t inform me if something was wrong they just sent me a text message reporting the incident which I couldn t respond to

Disappointing drop in quality

I ve bought from New Era before own a number of hats and always been happy with the product but this time I was very disappointed I bought the same snap back type as I have before but this time what I received was not of the usual new era quality The peak and front piece with the logo were what I expected but the rest of the hat wad made from a much lighter and lower quality feeling material This was not what I was expecting and wasn t what I ordered so I sent it back I hope New Era have not started doing what Nike have in recent years dumbing down their product quality to up the profit line with cost rising

My return refund has not processed properly and has taken to long its not done still 2 weeks after sending back my unwanted item

Poor quality

The cap I bought was not of the same quality as a previous purchase material and stiffening mesh was poor I returned using their returns process This took a long time but eventually I got my full refund The customer support team were excellent throughout

I order quite frequently

I order quite frequently the delivery usually takes about 5 working days This latest delivery was well over a week and tracking details although sent did not work Options should be given for faster delivery times and better tracking should be used Hope that helps

I did not like the fact that I am contacting you by email I sent several messages and until now I have not been answered back I would expect a quick and efficient response I don t expect them to answer me within an hour but at least they will answer after a day

I ordered two 59FIFTY hats the same team and as the lable states the same size but one was too small It s a bit disappointing because I don t know what I ll get the next time I make an order

UPS did not inform me in advance of the delivery date and I was out when they tried to deliver No option to reschedule delivery instead it was taken to a local collection point that turned out to be a 25 minute walk away Not terribly convenient

Not able to track package came a week

Not able to track package came a week later than when it was supposed to every time i would check when it would be dispatched it would add an extra day
