Great product delivery delayed

No idea about the product quality as New Era has still not delivered my cap 2 days after the final deadline The tracking says label created but the product hasn t even been delivered to UPS yet Needless to say I have now missed the date for the birthday gift The company should not promise delivery deadlines if it cannot keep to them -- After days of back and forth the company showed commitment to helping me and got the product delivered in under a week Apparently they had a problem with their courier hopefully this won t be happening in the future

Very clean customer experience From the quality of the products the site Im not going to buy caps from anywhere else from now on The only negative is that the only shipping option early bird atleast in sweden only leave packages outside my door which i hate since it gets grabbed occasionally

Received a dispatch email Tracking hasn t updated UPS expected delivery date has passed without updating past Label Created Not sure if it has been dispatched or not Will update if when the order arrives Edit Parcel now arrived I would suggest in future delaying the dispatch email until it actually dispatched as UPS mislead the expected delivery dates

No issue at all with New Era Cap UPS delivery issue

No issue at all with New Era Cap Europe Would have given 5 stars but their courier UPS for some reason delivered my caps to a local newsagent without even trying to deliver to my address I never gave them an alternative delivery option they just decided that themselves and I only found out 2 days later when I had to check the tracking wondering what the delay was

Speedy delivery This is my first time ordering from New Era and it was a pleasant experience No issues straightforward process and got the exact item which my son loved Only improvement would be the communication in regards to delivery I had no idea when it was arriving so luckily I was home to receive it
