Fabulous customer service

I have yet to receive the product but the customer service I received in the process of ordering and finding out what was right for me was A Joanna answered my questions and was extremely helpful with proving me the link to get me in the right direction for which retainers were right for me I received an email back very promptly after sending my initial email and communication continued to be efficient throughout the process Thank you so much to Joanna

Ivy stuck with me

Ivy helped me with my impressions from the beginning She is very patient and knowledgable We had a few false starts not her fault but she explained why we needed to redo and new kits were sent free of charge She explained what happens next and I feel she is a very good representative for the company Can t wait till I get my aligners

Great face to face experience

I visited the Oxford St location and had a great experience Kokob was very friendly and talked me through the whole process and made sure I was feeling comfortable before we started the scan Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend people coming to get the scan here rather than send in impressions

Simple Effective

Simple affordable and effective Onky 6 months of wearing the retainers at night and im free from cooked teeth No hassle of going to appoitments just 1 box and the ocassional check in with staff Would reccomend

Good experience - very affordable and convenient Just make sure to order extra retainers when you are done to keep your teeth straight Lou helped coach me through the impression process - she was very helpful

I visited Oxford Street for a 3d scan Very easy to find and very friendly staff I arrived early and was seen immediately The scan is much easier than taking impressions at home Was in a relaxed atmosphere and a thorough job Look forward to receiving my aligners

This was a second session to create dental impressions My first set didn t turn out okay They were able to give me specific tips to get better results based on what was deficient about the original impressions They were patient and friendly
