Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with The second batch of aligners didn t fit properly and they are asking me to spend more money to finish my treatment There seems to be no way of complaining only being put in touch with a supervisor who has the same job title as everyone else She didn t want to know didn t answer any questions and was a complete waste of space Buy cheap buy twice Do NOT use this company Update NewSmile s reply is a complete joke They didn t answer my questions or concerns and their solution was for me to pay more money to them My dentist has told me to stop using their aligners as I am now in a worse place than before I started using them Do NOT use this company

I m still waiting for a resolution TERRIBLE COMPANY

I m still waiting for a resolution with responses taking 1 2 weeks each time After a call where I was promised improved communication nothing has changed Due to complications including bone loss attributed to the aligners I ve not only suffered physical discomfort but have also will have to pay even more than the original treatment cost for corrective procedures This entire ordeal has taken a toll on my mental health adding stress and frustration as I continue to be left in the dark about my situation If you re looking for a company that values its customers communicates promptly and takes accountability I would advise looking elsewhere This experience has been deeply disappointing and not worth the financial or emotional investment over the past few years I have suffered

Awful awful awful- so disappointed

It s been a year and I m still no closer to receiving my retainers and am now not eligible for a refund as more than 5 months have passed of which they didn t tell me at the time It took them 6 months on the dot convenient for them to even send my treatment preview The treatment preview looked hardly any different so now have to be under the care of a dentist to shave between my teeth giving more room to align teeth aren t even that bad Once they found a dentist to do this they quoted me 1 000 additional I went to the dentist for a consultation and was then actually quoted another 1 000 meaning treatment in total is 2 000 more than anticipated If I d of known this at the start I d never of bothered So disappointed customer service is awful and they take days to respond to you

Absolutely terrible experience feel

Absolutely terrible experience feel like I ve been totally ripped off It took so long for my retainers to be sent that my teeth moved After many weeks months of chasing after sending back my moulds was told they were unsatisfactory So spent a lot of money travelling to London to get a scan At the scan appointment I explained about the movement in my teeth and was assured the straightness would fix any movement This hasn t happened and it s been confirmed in an email that this is the case I ve spent weeks months again trying to contact someone to support me with resolving how to move forward and have been completely ignored They said the lay would phone me and again I ve heard absolutely nothing I will be reporting you to the dental regulator Never have I before had such appalling customer service Be warned they will take your money and run

Absolutely no idea how these cowboys are still operating Conmen is putting it lightly Please avoid at all costs I m 500 down with nothing to show for it and won t refund me unless I spend 2000 on something I don t want

Mediocre results asking for

Mediocre results asking for 449 additional I completed the assigned treatment only to find I should have had more steps My teeth were still offset and gapped needing at least three more steps for a straight smile When I reached out to the company they told me they considered 80 of improvement to be proper treatment and if I wanted the addition steps it would cost an additional 449 So if you want 80 of straight teeth and are ok with mediocre then this is the company for you They offered me free aligners for leaving a review - if only they had sent me the balance treatment my review would have been so much different

I booked my 3D scan appointment

I booked my 3D scan appointment paid for it had to schedule my time to be in central London for 2pm today and got an email at 1 21 to say that my appointment was cancelled when I was already almost at the clinic This partner clinic refused to serve me as they didn t receive the payment from NewSmile I offered to pay myself second time and sort it out later but was refused Not only I want to get the refund but I should also be entitled to compensation for my time and travel expenses

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS Signed up months ago despite having a video call for the impressions after totally disregarding what I d told them about tray sizes it wasn t successful Then had them book me an appointment for a clinic months down the line hundreds of miles away from where I live Got there to be told that they d never even heard of this company Still fighting for a refund now

Refunds will never happen

Don t waste your time It has been a month since I requested a refund as the payment was wrongfully taken and I am still no closer to receiving it I had a phone call from a rep saying I didn t complete my purchase but the money came from my account and I received WhatsApp messages confirming purchase I decided not to go ahead due to bad reviews and deciding to do with a different company Terrible customer service and absolutely no reason why the refund couldn t have been processed instantly Avoid avoid avoid
