3D scan experience was a joy

I wanted a 3D scan as opposed to the impression kit so booked time in their London location via the website Koko was incredibly helpful friendly and put me at ease She was very knowledgeable and the technology is amazing Really impressed with this Canadian company and looking forward to seeing the results

Excellent customer service and responsiveness

Thus far the experience has been great with the easy of using the website and the information provided to guide you through practicing for the molds they respond quickly to my email inquiry My video appointment with Ivy was great She was very nice and really helped ease my nerves and helped me profect the process for getting a good mold Ivy was very responsive to my request to reschedule my appointment too I hope the straightening process goes as well too

Kokob was absolutely brilliant

Kokob was absolutely brilliant she made sure I was comfortable the whole time she was friendly and very good at taking the scan She was patient with me when I was uncomfortable and did the procedure very effectively and efficiently Would highly recommend her services thank you again Kokob you re wonderful

Ivy - A very warm friendly and knowlegable person

Ivy has a very warm and friendly personality She was fun to do a video session with as she made me feel completely at ease even though I was nervous Although the trays I had were not a good fit she suggested alternative methods for getting an impression of my teeth I would highly recommend her to those looking for someone to feel comfortable with

Ivy is the Best Impression Coach

My impression coach Ivy was exceptional We had a little bit of a complicated upper tray fitting She had great guidance the utmost patience with me and offered excellent coaching throughout the whole process She really knows what she s doing and is pleasant and kind She even made herself available on her day off so that we could finish the impressions after I received different trays I would highly recommend Ivy for impression coaching and would recommend the impressions not be done without a coach

Ivy is great Good experience so far

I m still on the making moulds part of the journey at the moment but Ivy is brilliant and is very helpful I m looking forward to the rest of the experience and will update once I get further down the process
