Excellent customer service
I bought my frame a few years ago and love it I have thousands of photos on a USB playing all day and visitors to the house always comment on how good it is But I killed the remote for it when a reed diffuser accidentally got knocked over Customer services were brilliant after I emailed them They sent out a new remote no charge and it even had a battery in it Five star service thanks

Excellent Our remote had stopped working so I emailed to see if i could get some advice I got a reply within a few hours to say that a new one would be sent out free of charge No patronising - have you changed the battery nonsense The replacement arrived first class post within two days Very happy

The cord plug to my father s Nixplay was lost in a move and customer service was excellent when I contacted them by email They sent out a new plug immediately to his home in Canada--no charge no shipping no questions I did not tell them he needed the cord as well as the plug so I contacted them again to get the cord Again they sent it out immediately
