I had signed up with Kristen for monthly nutrition coaching and worked with her for several months Throughout the course of our sessions she helped me stay on track to achieve my health goals Kristen was always prompt and responsive providing me with the necessary information that I did not have time to research on my own I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a supportive knowledgeable and friendly person to guide them on their health and wellness journey

My experience with Nutrisense was great I worked with my dietitian Victoria who was absolutely fantastic Her guidance was so helpful she taught me a lot and gave so many tips and advices I wanted to learn how to better my nutrition and she for sure helped me a lot

I have been using Nutrisense for 4 months because I have learned exactly what foods spike my blood sugar The app is user friendly and my dietitian Jordyn worked with me to help me to better understand managing those spikes Her style was match perfectly to my goals The other staff members were extremely professional and polite at addressing my questions Nutrisense has also helped me to be accountable The courses offered are very helpful as well
