Not custom or personalized waste of money

They require that you get locked into three months with no option to cancel so you re 750 in before you can see it s not terribly effective or intuitive and the free dietician will simply copy paste a message with the data you can already see by yourself and not offer any actual helpful insights My nurse friends were super skeptical Should have listened I was really interested in this and hopeful Ugh

I signed up for 3 months and got charged for another no refund

I signed up for 3 months but my subscription automatically renewed for another month without my consent When I told customer service they said they couldn t refund me because they already sent the medical device I wouldn t trust this company with your payment info they are obviously trying to cheat their customers for profit I m out 300 at a time when I m struggling financially Also the hype around stabilizing blood sugar for non-diabetics is completely overblown it s just the latest wellness craze that people in the industry are trying to profit off of

Auto renew scam be careful

Well The sensor worked ok Though I bumped my first one and the patch came off and the needle bent The second one I must have been put into my muscle by accident and it chronically hurt It could have been my fault on placement location The reason I am writing is they sneakily auto renewed me and charged my card and sent me 2 more monitors I paid for the highest 1 time order to specifically avoid the auto renew scam Then they say I can t return them I haven t event received them yet and sent the email to cancel before they even shipped my monitors Not cool at all

Nutrisense is a total waste of time and money especially if you take insulin

You spend a lot of time going through the questions submit payment and copy of Driver s License and get rejected for being on insulin at the very end AFTER they charge your credit card and have your Driver s License Now you wasted an hour or more and they have enough information to steal your identity and your credit card The phone number provided on the invoice goes to an anonymous voicemail At this point it seems like a scam If not why wouldn t they ask you if you are on insulin first Unless they are really just trying to obtain personal information to use or sell

Reimbursement

I 1st asked for a copy of my prescription to get reimbursed for a health account I have That was about 3 weeks ago and they are still looking into it They keep telling me insurance doesn t cover it and I keep telling them it s not from my insurance My time is running out to get reimbursed and I have had it extended twice because of their lack of response

Patch Kits

I ordered two patch kits The app said a patch kit was 6 00 I was chared 12 95 I received one patch kit I just don t understand how you spend 250 00 a month for sensors and the company can t include the protective patch cover I am ready to find a different company It is to much trouble to communicate with this company

An expensive device that never arrived

An expensive device that never arrived in the mail They only offered for me to pay for another device Big loss of money and it s your fault if the package gets lost They use USPS btw so expect little support from either end

No go on Freestyle 3

Ordered a Libra Freestyle 3 thru Nutrisense Received a Freestyle that has been discontinued by Abbott Labs Upon contacting Nutrisense only via email I was told this is what they offer When I looked back at the website all evidence pointing to Freestyle 3 had been removed When I asked how they could sell a device that had been discontinued I received no reply and they cancelled by subscription and refused to speak with me further about it Don t do it Customer service is abysmal And who should want to work with a healthcare company that is deceitful and under-handed I found the Freestyle 3 less from another vendor

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service I bought the month-by-month plan and then cancelled after a week so that I could experiment with the first two sensors at leisure Despite having received an email confirming my cancellation I was then charged again the following month and sent more sensors When I complained they would not take what they say are medical devices in return and refused a refund They say I have cancelled my subscription now but that is what they said last month too If you look on the Better Business Bureau site this is a constant complaint about the company -- shysters
