Nutrisense has been a game-changer for me I have successfully learned how to manage my glucose levels have gained consistent all-day energy and have lost several of those stubborn pounds The nutritionist gave incredibly helpful suggestions and the App was great -- easy to use and I loved all the data I am grateful that I found Nutrisense The only downside is the cost though I feel I have learned essential health strategies and that is priceless

I used Nutrisense for help with losing the last persistent 10 or pounds and get a better sense of how to improve my health and energy I lost weight my appetite is way down and I feel like I know how to keep it off energy is a tough one since I m a bit overworked at the moment Andrew was my nutritionist and he worked with me on ideas to help manage my blood sugar offer ideas on why it was going up plus other general health tips that really helped The communication with Andrew was the key to understanding my results and getting tips to improve my health forever My only complaint was that the service renewed without my knowledge - they sign you up for a recurring subscription without any notification and I looked it s really buried I thought one month would be perfect but ended up with 2 which didn t feel necessary to me and a little slimy but I will say I did end up benefitting from the knowledge gained the second month and at least they gave me discount after I complained Overall I had good experience and recommend to others

I contacted customer service by email to change my subscription Someone responded right away and explained my options which was helpful because I only thought there was one option They also let me know about a discount that I was not aware of Once I made my decision and emailed them back they took care of things immediately Service was efficient and friendly

The response time was quick and the information provided was helpful I appreciated the customer service greatly

your tools were invaluable i have had diabetes for several years with diet controlled however I really did not know what that meant with your tools and with the help of your dietician I learned what i should eat and what caused sugar spikes also that I did not have to give up my chocolate totally but if eaten in moderation and with certain other foods was able to learn how to eat and what to eat when I was able to reach my goal weight within the 6 months I set for myself i am feeling better and exercising more at the right times to help digestion thanks for all the support you answered emails quickly and found solutions for my my dietician Katie was excellent as well finding me ways to modify what i should eat and when

The responsiveness to my questions on the app was great I got full explanations and they seem genuinely there to help me out

Nutrisense has great support I ve used their messaging option on the app many times The human responses are always spot on The AI filler stuff is not so great but I know a REAL person will get back to me soon

I have had an overall wonderful experience with Nutrisense I joined Nutrisense after finding out that I was prediabetic and had elevated cholesterol With the data from my CGM and guidance from Katheryn my nutritionist I have lowered my A1C from 5 9 to 5 5 my LDL from 115 to 101 and my Triglycerides from 121 to 63 The only changes I would like to see would be offering newer CGM sensors that use Bluetooth to automatically download data from the sensor I also wish they offered a specific maintenance subscription for people like me who have gotten their numbers in check but who would like to monitor their glucose a couple times a year just to make sure they are staying on track
