3 out of 4 cgm s didn t work

I purchased 3 mos They sent me 2 cgm s for my first month The first 2 weeks were fantastic Dietitian was great and monitor worked great 2nd cgm wouldn t work so they sent me a replacement and that one didn t work They sent me another one and that one fell off my arm after 2 hours They said they are sending me another replacement I m so frustrated Cancelled my 2nd 2 months they said they cannot offer me a refund This was such a waste of my time and energy Customer service is great but I have lost faith in the product I should be refunded for 1 2 of my first month

Need to Know Before You Receive Your Device

I had difficulties from the beginning with my device First it wasn t delivered on time Next I had trouble getting the correct information to enable the device to scan That used five days after the activation date that I did not have data The service his heavily reliant on phone access during the work day As a Special Education Teacher I m unable to be on my phone for much of the day Finally the majority of the daily documentation must also be completed on my phone which makes it labor intensive for me

My sensors didn t arrive at the hotel

My sensors didn t arrive at the hotel where I was before I left the US so they are still in the USA and I m in Peru So that was off I was helped with the best of intentions even though the issue wasn t solved

Concealing Cancelation Button

I cancelled through the app over a month ago to end after my 3 month membership I just received notification that my cc was charged again When I looked at the app it said my membership was still active which it shouldn t be I tried to contact NS via phone but they don t offer customer service over the telephone I was directed to email the company instead RED FLAG I sent an email to them demanding a refund since I cancelled through the app like they direct you to If NS fails to credit my card I will be disputing the charge with my bank Unethical practices don t sign up Update After going back onto the app to cancel again I discovered why my cancelation did not process the 1st time At the final page of cancelation wording at the top of the app makes one believe that they have sufficiently cancelled their membership However there is a white conversation bubble at the bottom of the screen that covers the SUBMIT button If the white bubble is not moved or closed the user has NO IDEA that there is another step needed to officially cancel their membership This is sneaky and needs to be changed I reached out to NS and told them this I am waiting to hear back if they have cancelled my shipment and refund me 299 Full refund issued Pay close attention when canceling your membership so that this doesn t happen to you Updated to 3 5 stars

2nd sensor didn t work

2nd sensor didn t work took 10 days to get another and then I was told I lost that time with my nutritionist Terrible sensor covers Had to purchase new ones with AMAZON Took several tries to get the first couple of sensors to track and work properly Wish I could talk with my nutritionist vs just emailing Jennifer Birge was great I thought the cost of sensor service was prohibitive and the minimum 3 month contract was too much I would have preferred a 60 day contract although I was grateful this service was available

I m happy to have joined NS

I m happy to have joined NS and it has offered me my first experience with CGMs and it s an ongoing process I like the app interface and its ease of use and I also like the fact that a professional dietician is helping me out throughout my journey for sustained good health The only reason I m giving my experience so far a three-star rating is the fact that I feel NS is significantly lagging behind in terms of offering CGM technologies I joined in Sep 2023 and was offered the 14-day libre which is already more than three years old liber 2 and now libre 3 already 1 5 yrs old are out and many other competitors are already offering them but NS is not I sincerely hope this will change in the very near future as the number of other choices offering the latest in CGM technology is continuously growing

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible They do not care what you are asking for Pretty much have done the exact opposite of what ive asked everytime Nutrition support was so worried about the non smoothness of app didnt actually give any nutrition support just kept asking if wanted help with something i said Can be useful if you understand the data without help Also ny glucose monitor expired this past weekend They didnt ship one before hand waited till today to ship Not on top of it at all

Meh Not worth 300 a month

I love the CGI and the app The nutrionist that you get for 300 a month sound like AI when I send a question Also I have a Keto Mojo which tests via a blood strip and the numbers do not match on the CGI that is established Keto Mojo is a better deal with no monthly fee and you get the ketone tests

No bandaid to secure cgm

I did not like not getting the bandaid to secure theCgm in place on my arm I am very displeased

I m very happy with NutriSense

I m very happy with NutriSense I ve been wearing their CGm for over a year and it has really helped me understand what s going on with my blood sugar The only reason I m giving 4 stars is because it is too expensive Other than that no complaints
