The guys who supposed to bring us our

The guys who supposed to bring us our vehicle was late something like 30 minutes besides that one issue there weren t any others and the service was still decent so to say

The service was alright Although we expected that the handover takes minutes as many others have said here it took us for more than 30 minutes That s the reason this review is 4 stars everything else was more or less bearable

We have done 2 tours with their vans and the service is alright definitely there s some room for improvement but their service should suit for most people out there price-wise too

You will probably find cheaper

You will probably find cheaper alternatives if you look really hard but their service is definitely above everyone else in the industry The only reason for me why this review is 4-stars is the price

I can t call this service as excellent but it wasn t bad either so four stars is enough here I will probably be back

We are satisfied with everything

We are satisfied with everything The drop off was slightly late but rest assured everything went fine and we are happy The fee was significantly lower than any of the closest competitors were offering so we got the best deal and experience at least this is what I think

Didn t get the vehicle we had booked

Didn t get the vehicle we had booked Not sure what happened but when we arrived they said it was an overbooking or something and that is common to happen anyways we got a relatively similar car what we initially requested so no harm was done

The car started doing some funny noises and we thought that we gonna be on the road for a while but the problem resolved itself within minutes so not sure what it was but it worked out in the end

It s easy to see why people like their

It s easy to see why people like their service low price but there are certain aspects I do not like Trying to get your vehicle on time has been an issue for us if you book Friday-Saturday then be prepared for a long wait

Can t complain Van was alright after 3 days I extended for one more day with no problems Got my 500 deposit back as well Did have a bad feeling after reading all those bad reviews about this company but everything went ok for me Thanks
