It has taken 2 months and many different people to resolve this IT mistake Kerry should be promoted to instruct all the others I have spoken to and they have failed to respond Not difficult Many friends are appalled by your customer service Value your staff like Kerry who sorted this out quickly and efficiently

Due to two electricity outrages one day after the other my electric meter gave up the Ghost I contacted Octopus Energy My supplier and they tried their very best on all occasions to get things put right My thanks to all and especially PAUL D who went out of his way to assist in every way possible If you are not with Octopus Energy then I respectfully suggest you change to them asap

Octopos Energy New Fixed Deal

Octopus Energy have informed me of a better deal for gas and electric for the next 12 months Makes sense to fix now at a better rate where gas is concerned particularly in view of the worsening conflict in the middle east Very easy to change tariff and all the facts made clear and explained New tariff begins almost immediately next day which is great

Smart Meter Issue Spoke to Zack M

Contacted Octopus today and spoke to a real Human called Zack M who was very helpful in resolving my issue it was very reassuring the able to speak to a person and get a resolution to problem over the phone Thank you Zack M for your courtesy and help today I shall continue to recommend Octopus for its excellent customer service Kind regards Zack and all at Octopus and and again Thank You Mr RJBeaumont

Fast answer and resolution

I did not have to wait long for my call to be answered and Nathan from team S2 sorted my issue out quickly and explained why the issue had happened I ve marked the review down 1 as it would have been even better if I d not had the problem in the first place the app is not set up for meter readings from a hybrid SMART meter so I had to enter both day and night import readings - however my SMART only has 1 reading Octopus please fix this

Issue resolved within 14 hours was a great service particularly over weekend Rohan was prompt and effective at dealing with our issue over email a telephone service would of been more preferable to me at that time of night as I had to stay awake to answer emails and what was said in 2 or 3 emails would of been a 30 second telephone call The engineer who came out within times stated was again prompt and professional a good gas engineer All round great customer service

New Account Issues

The issues I m experiencing were listened to and Hamzah explained what can happen next There turned out to be other issues relating to my account but Hamzah reassured me that we can work to resolve them I feel more confident that my new account will be up and running properly soon

Smart meter problems all fixed by Kun

We had some teething problems with our smart meter after a few customer service hiccups our case was taken over by Kun who solved everythingAfter a bumpy start we are much happier now good customer service is more important than good prices sometimes

Slow Waiting list but helpful Twitter team

So I moved property and signed up with Octopus over a year ago I immediately signed up for a smart meter at they recommended but heard nothing I enquired with the support team but they said they had no idea how long the team were getting through the waiting list After a year has passed I despaired and tried reaching out over Twitter Lo and behold when asked publically a very helpful team member called Georgia got back to me and arranged an appointment on the same day Disappointing to wait a whole year for good customer service but got there in the end
