I called because my monthly bill had risen sharply despite my usage being a lot less the call handler was very helpful and pleasant and was able to give me the reason for this It would appear that I was on a very low 2 year fixed tariff which recently ended He tried to see if he could bring my bill down by changing my tariff to one rate rather than daytime and nighttime rates but it was actually more expensive he then recommended that I keep an eye on prices over the next couple of months and to call again when it drops
