I have been with Octopus energy for over 6 years Octopus are always clear open and honest They respond quickly to enquiries and if they can save you money they approach you about reducing your costs

Courtney was very helpful I understood her she spoke clearly I loved the music choice on hold for just a short time So much easier on the ears modern and relevant subject matter Transferred to Octopus when Bulb went busy but they are very user friendly Happy with the transfer

Called octopus twice today as I was concerned about my night time electric usage They were very helpful and put me at ease They also helped me to work out what was causing my usage to be so high The app is also excellent and gives you detailed information about usage

A great company that actually cares about its customers My issue was resolved by Tom who was incredibly helpful and I now understand the help I am entitled to receive Also answered an unrelated question to top off the great customer service I got And of course cheaper than any other provider

After having a nightmare with my previous supplier Pari who was the octopus employee I got through to on the phone was really helpful and I m so glad I have made the switch He answered all my questions and made everything clear and easy to understand
