Company Falsy Advertises a 7 day Free Trial of their products on their website Found many fraud reviews about this company Company billed me 1 minute after I signed up for the trial because they requested my card online to get the free trial Company refused to refund me and then started playing email games with me Ownership uses false advertising to attract users to sign up Many complaints from others posted all over the internet Avoid like the plague Update 05 29 2024 - Officetree just contacted me by phone and threatened to sue me for my honesty in my reviews post which in California is intimidation in business and will be reported Update 05 29 2024 - Office Tree called me 3 times now to threaten me Wow this place rears the ugly head of business

Learn from our costly mistake
They didn t like how we configured our backend even through it was within their systems abilities so they shut our system off and didn t tell us so we missed many calls to our business before we found out Then we filed a complaint with the BBB asking for a partial refund They then disabled our service again because we filed a BBB compliant Our service has now been shut off for a month yet they are still billing us

I signed up with Office Tree on 18th of June 2023 and ever since it has been a wonderful experience One of the main reasons I love this company it s the fact that you always have the opportunity to speak to a life person I had an issue with my phone carrier on the 20th of June 2023 After thorough investigation Officer Tree advised I call my phone carrier and that solved the issue I highly recommended Officer Tree due to there diligent work attics
