I needed an assessment of the capacity of my Aunt for whom I am a Power of Attorney Kristin gave me a really comprehensive explanation if the different issues and reports She didn t mind taking the time with me to answer a my questions and was really helpful and understanding The report was really comprehensive and I am very relieved to have received such a professional service Thank you to Kristine for her time on the phone and Sam for an excellent report

I have only been working with OFH since November but I can t express enough how incredible kind organised and well put together this company and everyone that works here are Amy has been great at keeping me up to date with new information checking in to see how everything is going and supporting me swiftly as and when I need The communication in this company is top tier I cannot recommend them enough and continue to love working with them

OFH Care are a very professional team Kristine was extremely helpful and understanding in assisting me with my request Kristine also followed up obtain information that was needed from another organisation and her advice and approach was of the highest standard The care worker was extremely polite and professional in his approach and a report was issued as promised within 7 days after the assessment had been carried out The report was very thorough and very well written to a high standard which was very helpful Kristine kept me up to date of all progress I recommend OFH care to anyone
