Best customer service ever I had a recent order sent out from Oh Polly and the courier was evri- to sum it up evri still have it 2 weeks on and i reached out to oh polly to ask for help Everyone i spoke to was so helpful and kind I ve now been sent out a replacement with next day delivery as they want to make sure i get it in the time i need Honestly best customer support EVER

Had a bad experience with delivery due to the delivery service leaving my package outside and it getting stolen ohpolly handled the situation very quickly and put a refund through after the 5 day waiting period Everything was easy and accessible

I love shopping with oh polly I love the exchange option saves so much time and effort Always super fast delivery amazing quality and excellent customer service 10 10 highly recommend

I had an issues where I was unable to exchange a few items I order that were on sale despite being available After diligent work from Rachael Eleanor and Loz we were able to figure out how to get my exchange without me paying any extra from what I originally paid These three were absolutely amazing I appreciate each of them for being patient understanding my issue timely responses and ultimately resolving my problem

Execellent company and customer services

I have used oh polly alot especially for holodays and going out I Absolutely love their clothing range Had a mishap with a delivery where it was deemed lost but got in contact with customer services via the chat bot and within 8 hours ellen had kindly replied with an answer and solution unfortunately I needed it for that weekend so I cancelled and got a refund and reordered for next day but the prices had gone up so I had questioned this and lovely Lauren had got in contact and refunded the difference Very helpful staff and beautiful products Highly recommend

i am updating my review - i appreciate the time and effort charlotte took into remedying my issue i would still have feedback to oh polly to make their exchange rules for temporarily discounted items very clear in the future so that people do not get confused or just offer an exchange for the same item different size for same cost minus shipping this is fair I will purchase froom Oh Polly again the dress was very nice and a great material
